1) Should there be a cancellation due to an illness, we will provide you with a credit ONLY for a future date.
2) Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your event NO EARLIER.
3) No outside food is allowed, except for Cake.
4) All parties are drop off with a maximum of 2 parents allowed to stay for duration of party.
5) Please ensure parents pick up children on time at the end of the event. We are unable to accommodate early or late arrivals.
6) Extended time for your event is not an available option our staff will begin a deep cleanse of the facility and require all guests to depart so they can begin to clean for the next event.
7) We will not service any child with warts, lice, skin allergies or virus.
8) We require a $100.00 Deposit upon booking in order to secure your requested date and time. Party deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
9) Should your party be cancelled due to a situation out of our control, we will provide you with a credit for a future date, your deposit will not be refundable.
10) The Policy Page has been read and understood.
11) We have the right to cancel any event due to circumstances beyond our control.
12) You are booking a PRIVATE EVENT. Room is not shared.
